| I specialise in commercial alternative dispute resolution and corporate governance. The Minister of Trade & Industry has previously appointed me to the Companies Tribunal of South Africa, where I have mediated and adjudicated company law disputes and corporate governance matters. In addition, I have been appointed by the Ministers of Finance, Trade and Industry and Agriculture, the Minister of Land Reform and Rural Development, the Minister of Water and Sanitation, and the Minister of Defence to various entities Government Dispute Resolution Tribunals. My qualifications include a B Proc, LLM, MBA, and Certificates in Taxation and Advanced Securities and Corporate Law. I have further completed Post Graduate Programmes in Negotiation provided by the University of Windsor in Canada and have completed the Harvard ManageMentor® Programme. Furthermore, I have completed Oxford University’s Advanced Leadership Programme, the Harvard Law School’s Advanced Mediation Programme, the London School of Economics Negotiation Programme and the London School of Economics Mergers and Acquisitions Programme. I also hold accreditation in Commercial Arbitration from the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA) and am a Commercial Panel of Arbitrators member. I am an accredited CD/CEDR (London) Mediator and am a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. I am a member of the Panel of Mediators at the Abu Dhabi Global Market Arbitration Centre. |
