Naëtt Atkinson is an internationally accredited mediator known for helping people have conversations they didn’t think were possible and for finding paths forward where none seem to exist.
With advanced training from CEDR (UK), Fordham Law School (New York), Conflict Dynamics (Stellenbosch University) and UCT Graduate School of Business, she brings both rigour and range to complex situations. In practice since 2012, she serves on local and international mediation panels, including within the UN system.
What sets Naëtt apart is not only her training, but how she thinks. With over 30 years’ experience across corporate leadership (MD), social justice (COO) and education, she understands conflict from the inside. How it forms, escalates and shifts. Her work in Amsterdam with Startupbootcamp and Partner Mediation, supporting founders through co-founder fallout, sharpened her ability to navigate high-stakes, identity-driven conflict with precision and creativity.
Clients engage Naëtt when something real needs to change. She brings calm, focus and fresh thinking. Introducing visual cues, listening beneath positions, reframing stuck narratives and opening new possibilities. Her work balances insight with outcome.
At the core of her approach is a simple question: Am I seen and heard—and does that matter? When the answer shifts, people engage differently and resolution becomes possible.
Direct, intuitive and quietly transformative, Naëtt believes well-handled conflict leads to stronger relationships, better thinking and new possibilities.
