Miles is a practising attorney and a specialist in employment and labour law.
Miles is an experienced mediator and arbitrator who handles individual and collective labour law matters.
His attorney’s practice includes advising individuals, businesses, non-profits and trade unions.
Miles also conducts various internal hearings and facilitates employment-related and workplace investigations.
He is a part-time commissioner of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and serves on several other dispute resolution panels.
